FULL AUTOMATIC PAINT KITCHEN
It consists of two parts.
1. CHEMICAL UNIT
- Stainless steel tanks were prepared for each of the chemicals used to prepare pats and their volume was calculated separately.
- These tanks are mounted on a chemically reinforced steel chassis.
- There is a mixer in solid chemicals and each tank has a stock control system.
- Chemicals are supplied to the paste mixer with a sensitive system.
- Thanks to the freight elevator with a capacity of 1 ton, it is easy to transport chemicals to the upper platform.
- There is a spiral for the shipment of solid chemicals to the paste mixer.
2. PAT PREPARATION UNIT
